Universitet haqida

Vilnius Gediminas Texnik Universitetining (VGTU) vazifasi – ilmiy bilimlarni yaratish va tarqatish, eng yangi texnologiyalarni va madaniy qadriyatlarni rag’batlantirish, jamiyat a’zolarini tarbiyalash, demokratiyani qo’llab-quvvatlash va mamlakatning iqtisodiy o’sishini ta’minlash, iqtisodiyotda raqobat ruhi, ijtimoiy farovonlik va tinchlik, shuningdek, yuqori sifatli turmush tarzini ta’minlashdan iboratdir.
Universitet izlanish va tadqiqotlar, shuningdek tashkiliy va moliyaviy faoliyat uchun qarorlarni qabul qilishda mustaqil faoliyat yuritadi; bu mustaqillik Litva Konstitutsiyasi, Oliy ta’lim to’g’risidagi qonun, Litva Respublikasining boshqa qonunlari va VGTU Nizomi bilan kafolatlanadi.
Jamoat nazorati instituti universitetning Universitet Kengashi hisoblanadi. Universitetning akademik o’z-o’zini boshqarish oliy organi Senatdir. Universitetni boshqaradigan rector, 4 nafar rektor yordamchisi va kanslerdan iborat.
Universitetning asosiy ijtimoiy vazifasi – bu ta’lim. Bugungi kunda VGTU Litvaning uchinchi universiteti. Universitetda jami 59 ta kafedrada 8 ta fakultet (Arxitektura, Biznesni boshqarish, Qurilish, Elektronika, Atrof-Muhandislik, Asosiy fanlar, Mexanika, Transport muhandisligi), Aviatsiya Instituti mavjud. Bundan tashqari, Xalqaro Ta’lim Markazi, Universitet Kutubxonasi, Kompyuter markazi va «Texnika» nashriyoti ham mavjud. Universitetda 2016 yilda 10 500 dan ortiq talaba (35 foiz ayollar) ta’lim oldi. Bakavriyat darajasiga ega bo‘lish uchun universitetda (asosiy va muqobil yunalishda) deyarli 9000 bakalavr va magistrlik darajasiga ega bo’lish uchun deyarli 1500 magistrant taq’sil olmoqda. Shuningdek 200 ga yaqin talabalar doktorlik ishi bilan shug’ullanadi.
. Tadqiqotlar universitet faoliyatining eng muhim yo’nalishlaridan biridir. Ilmiy xodimlarning umumiy soni 2016 yilda 900 ga yaqin, shu jumladan 500 dan ortiq ilmiy darajaga ega xodimlar va 50 nafar tadqiqotchi. Tadqiqotlar universitetning quyidagi bo’limlarida amalga oshiriladi: 3 ta ilmiy markaz; 9 ta tadqiqot institutlari; 18 ta ilmiy-tadqiqot laboratoriyalari.

Loyihadagi roli

VGTUda olib borilayotgan tadqiqotlar, asosan, barqaror rivojlanish va global o’zgarishlar bilan shug’ullanuvchi, shuningdek, ilmiy tadqiqotlar va texnologik rivojlanish va ta’lim sohasida Yevropa Ittifoqi asosiy Erasmus dasturlariga yo’naltirilgan. Ushbu loyiha VGTUning muhandislik va tadbirkorlik sohasidagi ta’lim, tadqiqot va innovatsion xizmatlarini taqdim etishning umumiy maqsadiga mos keladi. VGTU loyihaning hamkor tashkiloti sifatida o’z mutaxassislari bilan uning barcha bosqichlarida VGTUning ta’lim va tadqiqot imkoniyatlari doirasida doimiy ishtirok etadi. Loyiha davomida VGTUning asosiy vazifasi – kurslarni ishlab chiqishda, jumladan, bitta kursni rivojlantirishga yordam berishdir. VGTU innovatsion o’quv kurslarini rivojlantirishning barcha asosiy bosqichlarida, shu jumladan tahlil, dizayn, ishlab chiqish, tadbiq qilish va baholashda faol ishtirok etad. VGTU o’zining expertlari bilan dasturiy ta’minotni ishlab chiqishda, ko’pchiligi qo’llash uchun bepul dasturlar, GPS va geodezik texnologiyalarni expertizadan o’tkazishda, yaqin va uzoq masofalardan quruqlik hududlarini lazerli skanerlashda, geografik axborot texnologiyalarini expertizadan o’tkazishda, umumiy o’quv kurslarini tayyorlashda faol ishtirik etadi. VGTU, shuningdek, loyiha bilan bog’liq sohalarda konferentsiya va yig’ilishlarga ko’maklashish, tabiiy ofatlarga qarshi kurash, hududiy informatika va texnologiyalar, atrof-muhitni monitoring qilish, o’lchash va boshqa masalalar bo’yicha muhim tadqiqot materiallarini yozish va chop etish, iqlim o’zgarishining ta’sirini o’rganish va hokazo jarayonlarda qatnashadi. VGTU boshqa hamkorlar tomonidan olib boriladigan qator tadqiqotlar, ta’lim va amaliyot uchun intellektual va internet texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda ish paketlari bo’limlarida batafsil yoritilgan jarayonlarda faol ishtirok etadi. VGTU shuningdek natijalarni amaliyotga tatbiq qilish tadbirlarida ham faol ishtirok etadi.

Jūratė Sužiedelytė-Visockienė

Assoc. Prof. Jurate Suziedelyte Visockiene is Head at Geodesy and Cadastre department of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Main subjects she teaches are the Digital photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Land Management. Assoc. prof. Jurate Suziedelyte Visockiene has been involved in one Erasmus+ project “Environmental  Management and Modelling (GeoNetC)».
The last five years she prepared 5 articles in the international scientific journals, 3 papers in international conferences, and more than 15 papers in local scientific and practical  conferences.

Dr. Darius Popovas currently working as associate professor in department of Geodesy and Cadaster and has got PhD in Technological sciences (Measurement Engineering). Main subjects he teaches are Terrestrial Laser Scanning, Space geodesy and Engineering geodesy. Arūnas Būga

Master of Science in surveying. Arunas Buga is junior researcher at Institute of Geodesy, VGTU and a quality manager at Calibration laboratory, Institute of Geodesy, VGTU. He has experience of being a national project leader (INTERREG IIIC program), as well as participant (Erasmus, Erasmus +) and interpreter in different projects, trainings and courses. Arunas Buga has 20 years of experience of lecturing Geomatics subjects to the students as well as performing research.
